Former Playboy Playmate and Hugh Hefner girlfriend, Kendra Wilkinson, has been fighting to stop the release of a sex tape she made in 2005. Read more on Kendra’s sex tape below.
Kendra Wilkinson, new wife and mom, is fighting the release of a sex tape made when she was only 18 years-old.
Her lawyer, Yael E. Holtkamp has demanded for Vivid Entertainment to “cease and desist” with the release of the video.
“The video is private and highly confidential taken for private use and not for public disclosure,” the letter reads. “Any exploitation of the video would be a gross violation of Miss Wilkinson’s constitutional and common law rights of privacy.”
Kendra is now happily married to NFL star Hank Baskett, and has a baby boy, Hank Baskett Jr.
Wilkinson, 24, reportedly knew about the tape she made with her boyfriend in 2005, but never thought it would be released.
The CEO of Vivid, Steve Hirsch, isn’t too worried about the legal threats and is ready to released Kendra Exposed.
“After reviewing our legal position we remain confident of our right to distribute the video,” he said. “Thus Vivid.Com plans to release ‘Kendra Exposed’ within the next several weeks.”
Wilkinson’s rep issued a statement saying, “During this difficult time, Kendra and her family would greatly appreciate the respect of their privacy.”
